Welcome to my portfolio. I’m James Patrick, a CAD Designer and Design Manager specialising in commercial interiors, workplace fit-outs, self-storage developments and space planning.
With a background in Product Design and experience across office refurbishments, mezzanine installations, storage layouts and furniture planning, I combine technical CAD knowledge with a practical understanding of how projects are designed, coordinated and delivered on site.
My work includes 2D CAD layouts, technical drawing packages, 3D visualisations, space planning, cost estimating and project coordination. I enjoy developing practical, efficient and visually considered solutions that respond to client requirements, building constraints and commercial budgets.
